The patients advice & liaison services department are here to provide patients, families with confidential on – the – spot help and advice.

Sometimes people don’t know where to get help and we can be that first port of call for support. We can also provide important information for patients about the health service. If you are inpatients and wish to visit you on the ward, please ask a member of staff or a relative to contact us on your behalf.


What we aim to do:

  • Listen to your concerns, suggestions and queries.
  • Provide a voice to give real weight to your experience.
